Service Terms & Customer Agreement
At Glorious Car Detailing, we take pride in offering high-quality detailing services with care, precision, and professionalism. To ensure clarity and peace of mind for both parties, we ask all clients to review the following terms before booking.
1. Liability & Vehicle Condition
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that become more visible after cleaning, machine polishing, or detailing.
We cannot be held liable for damage to wrapped, matte, or aftermarket-painted vehicles, as these surfaces vary in durability and may react differently to professional products.
We aim to deliver safe and effective results, but older vehicles, delicate trim, and worn materials may not respond predictably to treatment.
2. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coatings
Paint correction removes surface defects, but not all imperfections can be safely removed, especially on thin or previously resprayed paintwork.
Ceramic Coatings offer long-term protection, but durability depends on proper maintenance. If routine care isn't followed, we cannot guarantee the full advertised lifespan.
Once coated, vehicles should not be washed for 7 days, and contact with aggressive chemicals or automated car washes should be avoided.
Coatings are not a cure-all — they are highly durable but not scratch-proof or damage-proof.
3. Customer Responsibilities
For mobile services, customers must provide access to water and electricity within 20 meters of the vehicle unless previously arranged.
The vehicle should be reasonably emptied of personal belongings prior to our arrival.
If your vehicle has heavily soiled interiors or excessive contamination, additional time or charges may apply.
Please advise us of any sensitive materials, prior damage, or custom modifications before the service begins.
4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Delays
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes may result in shortened services or rescheduling depending on the day’s bookings.
No-shows may result in a cancellation fee and refusal of future bookings
5. Aftercare & Maintenance
Customers are responsible for following provided aftercare instructions, especially following ceramic coating, polishing, or deep interior work.
Improper maintenance may reduce the effectiveness or longevity of the work carried out.
By booking with Glorious Car Detailing, you agree to the above terms. These guidelines are in place to protect both your vehicle and the quality of service we strive to deliver.
If you have any questions, we’re always happy to explain our processes and provide tailored advice.
